St Oswald’s Outreach

Just after half term, three groups of Year 5 and 6 students came from St Oswald’s school to take part in some science week activities.

They were taught how to safely light a match and candle. Then using these skills some of them made a convection current snake and others investigated what happens when an empty teabag is lit.

It was their first experience of using the Science labs at Fulford school and hopefully there will be many more to come!
