Salary: Grade 5 – based on full-time equivalent of £25,919 – £27,069p.a.
Actual Annual Salary: £22,529 – term time only plus 1 week, working 37 hours per week

Details:
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to join our outstanding school. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and dynamic team, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of key areas within the school.
The main purpose of the job will include:
  • Provide admin support to the Pastoral and SEN teams, including maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate meetings with students, parents, staff, and external professionals.
  • Assist with behaviour plans, SEN documentation, EHCPs, and exam access arrangements.
  • Manage communication and filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
  • Support school events, student wellbeing activities, and trip coordination.
  • Minute meetings and provide emergency first aid when required.
  • Carry out general admin duties as directed by the office team leader.
 
You will have: 
  • Computer literacy, numerate, secretarial/administrative skills.
  • A good understanding of a number of routine administrative work procedures.
  • Practical knowledge of various computer software packages.
  • Ability to input and report accurately on a range of data.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to organise own work and that of others.
  • Understanding of SEN and child protection issues.
