Location: Fulford School

Salary: Grade 5 – based on full-time equivalent of £26,748 – £27,935p.a.

Actual Annual Salary: £22,735 – term time only

Contract: Full time, Permanent – 37 hours per week, 39 working weeks

Start date: ASAP

The post-holder will: 

• Work closely with the Deputy Headteacher (Pastoral) this important role will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Reflection Unit. 

• Supervise students within the unit, ensuring they have appropriate work to undertake.

• liaising with other school staff to ensure the unit’s operations integrate in to the school’s operations.

•  

You will have: 

• highly advanced interpersonal skills in order to manage a range of situations

• experience of working with students in sometimes challenging situations

• an ability to co-ordinate and direct other colleagues to ensure the Unit works effectively.
