Here is a photo of our school allotment (outside H block), from back in May.
The environmental group headed by Mr Hearn and ably assisted by Mr Birch have started to clear and plant up with a group of students. The science technician team are also working hard to get this area planted and are regularly watering the plants & weeding in the recent hot weather.
We will be taking more photos as the area develops. We can’t wait to see how it grows. We are also trying to set up a gardening group, organised to try to develop this area as much as possible. We hope that it will be of benefit to both staff and students as time goes on.
