CASUAL EXAM INVIGILATORS

£13.07 per hr – casual roles / term-time only

We need additional people to join our friendly Exams Team and support the delivery of exams throughout the School.
Our Invigilators are punctual and reliable with a flexible approach to their work. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to communicate with the students and staff members, and be comfortable working in a formal environment which can be pressurised.
Taking their exams can be a particularly stressful time for our students and so working as a team, our Invigilators ensure a calm and fair environment is provided to help them perform at their best.
Invigilators help to make sure the students are in the right seats, provide vital information and ensure that students have all materials and information needed for each exam. It is crucial that students adhere to national examination regulations and our Invigilators play a key role in ensuring this happens.
We will pay you for the training necessary to become an Invigilator and offer a good rate of pay for the hours you work.
There can be two or three exam sessions each day and the precise times you would be required for can vary depending on the exams that are taking place.
Applicants must be available for at least 2 full days a week during the summer exams (6th of May – 20th of June), although greater availability would be advantageous. We also run internal exams throughout the year and ask that Invigilators offer availability during the following weeks too:
27th January – 7th February / 10th – 21st March / 22nd April – 2nd May
